LISP Vault is operated by PARK, GITAE, an individual/sole trader in Queensland, Australia (ABN 96 275 123 765).
Information we collect
We collect the account identifier and email address used to sign in, package settings, build status, credit and transaction records, feedback you submit, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Uploaded files
Your uploaded LSP is used to create the package you request. The source is held while the package is being built and is deleted from active build storage after the build completes or fails. Generated files and job records may be retained so you can download the result and so the service can provide support.
Payments
Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe. LISP Vault records transaction identifiers, amounts, credit balances, and refund status, but does not store your complete card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, create and deliver packages, process credit and refunds, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, send operational alerts, review feedback, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that host the site, authenticate users, process payments, send operational email, or store service data. Information is not sold.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably required for the service, support, payment reconciliation, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
