Terms of Use

LISP Vault is operated by PARK, GITAE, an individual/sole trader in Queensland, Australia (ABN 96 275 123 765).

1. Service

LISP Vault converts an AutoLISP file into a protected DLL and a loader LSP. You may choose an expiry date and time or create a package without an expiry.

2. Early access and future billing

Package creation is currently free during early access. No payment is required while the site displays the service as free.

If billing is introduced, the planned pricing is the first 10 completed packages free and AUD$0.75 for each package after that. Paid use will begin only after the site clearly displays that billing is active. You will then be able to add a custom amount of prepaid credit, subject to the payment provider’s transaction limits, and request a refund of eligible unused paid credit to the original payment method.

Free or promotional use, credit already spent on completed packages, and amounts that cannot be returned under the payment provider’s rules are not refundable. If a paid build fails, including because the cloud build service is unavailable or its usage allowance has been reached, the reserved package amount will be returned automatically.

3. Accounts

You must use an account you control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not misuse, overload, probe, or attack the service.

4. Your files

You keep ownership of your AutoLISP code. You confirm that you own it or have permission to upload and protect it. You must not upload malware, unlawful material, or code that infringes another person’s rights.

5. Protection and expiry

The service reduces exposure of your source by packaging it inside a DLL. No software protection can guarantee that copying, reverse engineering, or circumvention is impossible. Expiry is checked using UTC based on the date, time, and time zone you select. A package created without an expiry does not stop because of a date.

6. Compatibility and limitations

Compatibility may vary depending on the LISP file, AutoCAD version, external dependencies, and system environment. LISP Vault does not guarantee that every file will compile, load, or operate correctly. To the extent permitted by law, LISP Vault is not responsible for compatibility issues, software conflicts, data loss, or other consequences arising from the use of generated files.

7. Availability

Package creation depends on third-party cloud and build services and may occasionally be unavailable. Maintenance incidents may take up to 48 hours to resolve. Keep your original source and downloaded packages in a safe place.

8. Responsibility

You are responsible for testing generated packages before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, LISP Vault is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by incompatible software, modified files, or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian consumer law.

9. Feedback

You may send comments through the feedback form. You allow LISP Vault to use that feedback to improve the service without payment or attribution.

10. Suspension and changes

Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, attacks on the service, or a serious breach of these terms. These terms may be updated when the service changes. The current version will be posted here.
